My early story. I was raised on a farm where my first customer service experience was taught to me by my father, selling family-grown sweet corn. In the same community, I went on to become a manager at McDonalds for 15 years, and then an Outpatient Scheduler at McCullough-Hyde Memorial Hospital for around 13 years. Customer service, patient care, and computers (trained on over 7 hospital scheduling systems) have always been my areas of specialty.
